Returns & Exchanges

If you're not completely satisfied with a purchase you just made from The Shop, please send it back or bring it in to our location within 7 days from the time of purchase and we will be glad to issue either store credit or exchange for another item. 

  •  All returns and exchanges must be in their original packaging and labels, unused and in the exact original condition in which purchased.
  • All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.
  • A 10% restocking fee will be applied.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and customer is responsible for shipping to and from during the return process.  Please be advised custom builds including cut bars or any altering of any sort will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.  The items will need to be in resalable condition.

Damaged Merchandise

If you receive merchandise from The Shop that is damaged or incorrect (wrong style, size, or color), please contact us within 7 days of receipt at (909)393-0647
